L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

L’Occitane en Provence, better known as the name of L’Occitane is a French company producing fragrances, body care and face care products. Created by Olivier Baussan in 1976, his story began after buying a distillation still where he extracted some rosemary essential oil. Few years later he starts harvesting lavender, shea butter and verbena that are the core components of the products today. The first store opened its door in 1981 in Provence; the brand pursues its development in the prestigious cities: Paris, New York, Hong-Kong and Tokyo.
