Very poor experience from start to finish. The order I received was mostly wrong, with only one correct perfume included. I contacted Fragrant World, but the issue was not resolved properly. I would advise other customers to be cautious before buying from this store.
I expected a reliable service, but I received the wrong order. Most of the perfumes were incorrect, and customer support did not provide an effective solution. For a fragrance shop, accuracy and trust are essential. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor.
